  • Information about your data stored with us and its processing (Art. 15 ODSGVO),
  • Correction of inaccurate personal data (Article 16 ODSGVO),
  • Delete your data stored with us (Article 17 ODSGVO),
  • Limiting data processing if we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations (Article 18 ODSGVO),

  • Data transferability if you have agreed to the processing of the data or if you have a contract with us (article 20 ODSGVO).

If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future.

You can file a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time, for example with the competent supervisory authority of the federal state in which you reside or with the responsible authority of our country.

Newsletter

The nature and purpose of the treatment:

Your data will only be used to email you the newsletter you subscribe to. Your name will be entered in order to personally address you in the newsletter and, if necessary, to identify you if you wish to exercise your rights as a person concerned.

Your email address is sufficient to receive the newsletter. When you sign up for our newsletter, the data you provide us is used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be informed by e-mail of service or registration circumstances (e.g., changes to the newsletter offer or technical circumstances).

For effective registration, we need a valid email address. In order to verify that a registration is made by the owner of an email address, we use the "double opt-in" procedure. To this end, we record the order of the newsletter, the sending of a confirmation email and the receipt of the requested response here. No other data will be collected. The data will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.

Legal basis:

On the basis of your express consent (Article 6 al. 1 let. a ODSGVO), we regularly send you our newsletter or comparable information via email to the email address listed.

You can revoke your consent to the registration of your personal data and its use to send the newsletter effectively for the future at any time. In each newsletter, you will find a corresponding link. You can also opt out of this website directly at any time or notify us of your cancellation through the contact option indicated at the end of this data protection statement.

Recipient:

The recipients of the data may be subcontractors.

Storage period:

The data will only be processed in this context to the extent that the corresponding consent is available. They will then be deleted.

Provision required or required:

Disclosure of your personal data is optional, only on the basis of your consent. Unfortunately, we cannot send you our newsletter without your consent.

Contact form

The nature and purpose of the treatment:

The data you have entered is recorded for the purpose of individual communication with you. To do this, it is necessary to provide a valid email address and your name. This is used to assign and respond to the query. The additional data specification is optional.

Legal basis:

The data entered into the contact form is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest (Article 6, al. 1, let. 1, let. f, ODSGVO).

By providing you with the contact form, we would like to make it easier for you to contact us. Your data will be kept for processing your application and for any additional questions.

If you contact us to request an offer, the data entered into the contact form will be processed for pre-contract measurements (Article 6 al. 1 let. b DSGVO).

Recipient:

The recipients of the data may be subcontractors.

Storage period:

The data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the application is processed.

If it is a contractual relationship, we are subject to the HGB's legal retention deadlines and delete your data after the expiry of these deadlines.

Making data available:

Disclosure of your personal data is optional. However, we can only process your request if you provide us with your name, email address and reason for request.

Using script libraries (Google Web Fonts)

The nature and purpose of the treatment:

In order to display our content correctly and graphically attractive through browsers, we use "Google Web Fonts" from Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; below "Google") on this site to view fonts.

The Google Library Operator's Privacy Policy can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Legal basis:

The legal basis for integrating Google Webfonts and transferring data to Google is your consent (Article 6 al. 1 let. a ODSGVO).

Recipient:

Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection with the library operator. It is theoretically possible - but currently uncertain if and, if so, for what purpose - for the operator to collect Google data in this case.

Storage time:

We do not collect any personal data through the integration of Google Web Fonts.

More information about Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and Google's privacy rules at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Transfer to a third country:

Google processes your data in the U.S. and has forwarded it to EU_US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Provision required or required:

The provision of personal data is not required by law or by contract. However, it may not be possible to display content correctly using standard fonts.

Revocation of consent:

JavaScript programming language is regularly used to view content. So you can object to data processing by disabling JavaScript running in your browser or installing a JavaScript blocker. Please note that this may result in functional restrictions on the website.

SSL encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption procedures (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
